Fabric is 4 way strech. Ruffles are a super soft mesh & tulle combination with hearts on it.
The bottom has snaps for easy on & off.
The capler is removable & has a tie front closure with gold puffy hearts. The caplet is layered for a fluffy look.
For wash care- wash on cold/delicate/ hang dry.
Do not use fabric softeners or bleach or strong detergents. Do not use heat.
A stretch test is performed before each garment is shipped out.
